We are officially Sold Out!

As the title suggests, WordCamp Buffalo 2012 is now sold out. Thank you to everyone for showing faith in the event, from the attendees to the sponsors and vendors. We couldn’t do it without everyones help and support.

If you’re bummed out about not getting a ticket in time, we’re sorry. There is a bit of good news for you though, all of the topics will be online in video form shortly after the event, and we’ll keep you updated of that as it happens.

Planning Meeting #3

Various things have had our WC org team out of town for a few weeks, but we are back in full force and ready to dive back in!

We’ll be having our third official WordCamp Volunteer Meeting this Tuesday, August 14th, at 7pm. We’ll be meeting at MacGregor’s in Amherst. Please note the location change! All future meetings will be held at MacGregor’s, which Chris promises has a great beer selection.

We’re just about 2 months from the conference, so this meeting will be focused on handing out specific tasks, filling out gaps in coverage, and next steps. For those of you that have already committed to specific roles, I’ll be contacting you over the weekend to talk about to-dos.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!

Questions? Email dani@lifeunconstrained.com or call 218.8446.

WordCamp Buffalo Planning

It is an exciting time for those of us in the Buffalo WordPress Users Meetup. One of the goals of Ben & Andy when starting the bi-weekly meetup was organizing a WordCamp in Buffalo. That goal is now a reality as we begin to plan the 2012 Buffalo WordCamp.

Although it is early, we’ve got many details already coming together, including the Venue, Lunches, and soon we’ll be announcing the Date and then begin to spread the word about the WordCamp.

So bear with us for the next little while and we’ll be updating the site often. So check back soon!
