WordCamp Buffalo 2014 Opening

Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who came out to WordCamp Buffalo yesterday. We had a successful day of learning, sharing and networking.

Starting with Friday night’s Speaker Dinner at Laugerhaus 95 through our after party at WNY Book Arts Center, we met and renewed our WordPress friendships. From locations in NY, MI, OH, CT and Southern Ontario to name a few, WordCamp Buffalo brought WordPress Users, Designers and Developers together.

A special Thank You to our Speakers, Volunteers and especially our Sponsors. Without you, WordCamp Buffalo would not be possible.

Please support our Sponsors, they make it possible to bring you WordCamps around the globe.

Canisius College Science Hall

We love Lyons Hall at Canisius College. It has served us well for the past two years.

This year we got to talking. Canisius College has this spiffy new Science Building. It was open WordCamp weekend, so we’re giving it a go.

We’ll be across the street with an attached parking ramp – just in case it rains.

Lots of bells & whistles!

Stay tuned… Tickets go on sale next week…

Speaker Submissions Open

WordCamp Buffalo 2014 is quickly approaching. With that date arriving soon, we’re beginning to take applications for speakers. We all know the WordPress community is second to none, and would love all types of people and businesses to participate in any way they can.

If you’re interested in speaking or know someone who has some knowledge they’d love to share pertaining to WordPress, take a look at the speaker submission page located here: Speak at WordCamp Buffalo

If you’d love to help out, but don’t want to take the podium or sponsor the event you’re in luck! WordCamps are volunteer-based and we are always looking for new volunteers to help with the event both while planning, and on the day-of. More info on the following page: Volunteer at WordCamp Buffalo

Make sure to spread the word, and tickets will be available soon. Stick with us for more updates.
