Adrian Roselli
Adrian is a member of the W3C HTML Working Group as well as the W3C Accessibility Task Force. He has written articles for trade journals, web sites, and participated as an author and editor on five web-related books. Back in 1998 he co-founded Algonquin Studios, a software development and consulting firm located in Buffalo, NY. Adrian has been developing for the Web since 1993.
Chris Van Patten
As founder and creative director of Van Patten Media, Chris Van Patten has helped build websites for Broadway performers, small businesses, tech news publications, and many others. Before migrating to NYC, Chris created “BfloFRED,” the Buffalo, NY Front-End Developers meetup (later expanded to include sister meetups in Manchester, UK and Toronto, ON) and co-organised Buffalo’s inaugural WordCamp. He regularly speaks at WordPress events, and writes at vanpattenmedia.com and chrisvanpatten.com.
Tom Harrigan
Based in NYC. Co-founder of Rootbuzz, a bootstrapped startup building online Q&A communities. I began using WP for consulting work, and joined WooThemes in 2012. At WooThemes, I led development on WooSlider 2.0 and supported our themes and plugins. In 2014, I joined HowAboutWe as Lead WordPress Developer, where WP multisite runs our 4 media properties: Nerve, The Date Report, Swimmingly and Famously.
Brian Hogg
Brian Hogg is a seasoned freelance developer, currently working primarily in PHP/WordPress. Though he’s been making websites from scratch since it was cool to have a ‘Made with Notepad’ icon in the footer, he loves how WordPress allows a lot of the leg work to be done while still being able to customize anything and everything.

Jen Witkowski loves creative problem solving and the research process. She started her career as a graphic designer, but fell in love with web design after working on a small in-house website back in 2003. She’s now an Interactive/UX Designer with over ten years of experience . By day, she’s a UX aficionado at Lullabot. By night, she hacks away at WordPress, experimenting with custom themes and plugins. Jen is also an active teacher in the community and has taught several classes in web design and front-end development for Buffalo State College, Canisius College, and the University at Buffalo.

Shanta R. Nathwani
Shanta R. Nathwani is an IT and Social Media Consultant and an Instructor in Web Design and CCIT Capstone at Sheridan College, which includes teaching WordPress. The ICCIT program is a joint program with the University of Toronto at Mississauga. She teaches students and small businesses how to use their websites and social media to increase their online presence leading to increased revenues and improved customer service. She has assisted companies to incorporate social media in the real estate, financial, non-profit, education and technical fields to name a few.

Ben is a designer, professor and artist from Buffalo, NY. He has been on the core design team at WordPress.org since 2008. He organizes, mentors and speaks at WordCamps. Ben has designed most of the WordPress admin icons, going back to version 2.7 to the current Dashicons icon font.
