Tess’s journey from Book It all-star to English major to copywriter to Creative Director has been filled with websites of all shapes and sizes. In addition to being the Creative Director at Luminus, she’s been a swim coach for 15+ years. Her experience trying to keep hundreds of children organized has confirmed what she’s kind of known all along – better planning gets better outcomes.
